• Outstanding knowledge of the Mortgage Industry
• Recruiter/Mentor mindset
• Sound understanding of the life cycle of a loan
• Experienced as an Originator in a high volume environment
• Hiring/Termination experience
• Previous direct leadership role
• Desire to be the team thermostat setter
• Articulate in training and continuing education
