About UMAX Mortgage

UMAX Mortgage was formed to fill the void in the mortgage industry for the home based or personal office based Mortgage Advisor. Typically, an ‘outside’ MA is compensated roughly at the same level as an ‘in house’ MA, 60-80% split. UMAX Mortgage allows the outside MA to far exceed that, which allows you to provide a more competitive rate and win more deals. The formula is easy; make more commission while winning even more deals = significant increase in income potential. 

While doing this, we hold strongly to our principals of the Customer comes first. We expect their experience with our MA’s and our Company to be one of their best ever. In doing so, we feel this sets the roots to make clients for life, our ultimate goal. 

We strive for this goal daily, and that is why our MA’s are all required to be industry experienced and why we have multiple checkpoints for quality assurance. We will continue to expand on this in the coming years, always seeking to improve our clients’ satisfaction.
